As a result, the search result interface may contains links to other web sites. Mp3Yum neither controls nor endorses to any of such contents. In other words, Mp3Yum neither assumes any responsibility or liability for any such materials available at these sites, nor ensures the completeness, availability, accuracy, legality or decency of these sites.

Three characteristic features distinctly distinguish Mp3Yum search engine from any other regular search engines :-
  1. Mp3Yum neither maintains any databases nor indexes any files on its server. The search results you see on the Mp3Yum are as a result of direct realtime searches on the webs over the internet.
  2. Mp3Yum does not host any of the audio files displayed on the site.
  3. Mp3Yum is a meta search engine which should be thought of as a proxy into the world of WWW over the Internet.

All the MP3 files listed on Mp3Yum are property of their respective owners, are all derived from several internet resources which are not physically located on Mp3Yum's servers. Mp3Yum is a Not-For-Profit internet resource, and therefore does NOT generates any revenue by selling or distributing these MP3 files. However, it may generates a tiny fraction of amount from advertising to cover up for its server maintenance cost and other personal expenses related to running the website. Mp3Yum does NOT endorse the distribution of any copyrighted content.
